    Simplicity of the Gospel

I missed my Thursday update. I had a good reason, there was Halloween and an advance showing of Ender’s Game. And then the not good reason of I simply forgot to write and schedule a post in advance. (And then the internet went down so I couldn’t post this until later.) I had this well crafted argument in my head, down to the paragraph breaks—and then time went by and I forgot all of it except the drive behind it. So instead, I want to take this time to write on the simplicity of the gospel. ““For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that…

    Imagination

A few days ago the midget sent me this picture attached with a caption that one of her young friends said, ‘This is an old lady. She’s pointing her cane towards the sky.’ To which I think is brilliant. With this series she means to delve into the horror genre and what exactly ‘horror’ can mean. “The point…

    412teens.org

At the beginning of this year, my sister’s dear friend MangyCat said her work was starting a new website specifically for teens to answer theology and life questions. To say I was thrilled about this ministry was an understatement. I had been researching into the parent company, gotquestions.org, and was very impressed.  It is so difficult to find answers to questions to Bible and theology questions online that offer directly what does the Bible say. Not just someones opinion, but what does Scripture say. I have found gotquestions.org to be invaluable, because even if I don’t entirely, 100% agree with their interpretation of a passage, they’ve done the research of…
